    According to Turkish government, Arab towns in northeast of Syria should 'be ruled by Arabs.' However, Turkey's southeast should be ruled by Turks & Turkish appointed officials & not by elected HDP officials. Plus northern Aleppo including Afrin by Turkmen grps/Turkish governors.
