    6. Actually, historic West doesn’t care bc of its own internal problems(Brexit, etc). Trump just doesn’t like it, and he knows that in Europe “they” don’t like it as well. That’s it. 7. Poroshenko continues to be weak at home, anyway.

    Main outcomes of the Ukraine’s provocation: 1. Understanding that Ukrainian Pres. Poroshenko really weak at home. Tries to make his chances higher. He can’t handle any economic issue 2. Martial law in Ukraine. It gives Poroshenko opportunity not to hold elections soon in 2019.

    When visiting the ’s Diplomatic Academy this morning to meet with the second group of (30) diplomats, I affirmed to them the importance of the training which will benefit them greatly. I thanked the organizers for looking after the previous groups.
