    Al-Maliki & Barzani agreed on resolving the issues both created for Iraq & the KRI. These two "leaders" have played the most negative role in the relations b/n Erbil & Baghdad. Last yr Barzani told Ashar al-Awsat if Al-Maliki retakes Iraqi PM position, he'd announce independence.
