Turkey did this exactly in idlib, they made jointy operations in idlib with HTS (formerly known as al qaida), they established outposts to protect al qaida affiliated and other islamist terror groups from SAA attacks.

Bullshit. Turkey was accompanied by HTS member right befor the afrin attacks. They also held meetings with high ranking HTS members after the sochi meeting with russia. I missed that, but he was wrong if he did. The pockets in Deir Ez Zour are in a lot of trouble, but they're still operating with a coalition of other jihadi groups in Afrin and Al Bab, in the northwest. Those groups have Turkish protection though, so getting rid of them is harder

It will be wise to have alarms and counter-terrorism equipment in such observation points. The Turkish regime might send ISIL and Al-Qaeda affiliated militants to attack such observation points as this regime has always used such Jihadist militants against the Kurdish forces.
