That being said, I'm not going to release the logs. I honestly don't think it would solve anything. People want a smoking-gun screenshot of Kero saying "Yes the logs are 100% real." But that isn't how these conversations work.

At this point I'm starting to regret making my video. In my zealousness to clear Kero of things I don't think he did, I failed to see that he wasn't ready to publicly admit to other things. The purpose of this was to clear the air but now it's turning into its own controversy.

The logs contain me asking Kero numerous questions and pressing him when I see inconsistencies. He changes his story multiple times. I then create the script for my video and ask him to look over it to make sure it's accurate. He approved it and I made the video.

If someone says something and you agree that it's accurate, is it the same thing as saying that thing yourself? I think so; which is why I said it in my video. Coming to the conclusions I did required me to piece together tidbits of information into something that made sense.

If you honestly think that some of the exceptional individuals involved in this are going to be able to put two and two together, you haven't really been paying attention. All they will say is "Well, Kero never actually fully admits the Yami logs are 100% real."

I thought this would be simple - I release my video, Kero agrees with it, we are done. Everyone can move on. If I had known Kero was going to throw a wrench in this by publicly saying the logs aren't real immediately after I release my video, I would have done things differently.

It's possible that there was some miscommunication between us, but I doubt that. It's much more likely that he just panicked or got cold feet. Last I heard from him, he's taking a break from the internet for a while. Let him. Maybe we will get the truth out of him someday.

I told Kero I wouldn't release the logs and I'm going to honor that. He did his best (in his own way) already. He retweeted my video and later tweeted that my video was accurate. That should be proof enough. If you still think I'm lying, I doubt the logs would change your mind.

I think your videos are fair, balanced and well-thought out. That being said, I can understand your frustration with his failure to confess the obvious and since he rescinded his confession it doesn't bode well. Please keep up the good content.

Unfortunately, the legal system doesn't always work as it should and Kero's audience needed to be informed of his (potential?) wrong doings. He has-or had a large audience. I do agree that the situation was handled poorly though.
