Alheya the holiday wuff

My only take on the recent event. I don't know a single person that hasn't, in some way shape or form, referenced an animal that they found on google or what have you to make some sort of personal character. Maybe focus on the actual reasons to question and condemn a person

rather than grasping at straws and muddying the situation as a whole. It's one thing to literally refer to the thing you're drawing AS a persons dog and drawing/sexualizing it(although if permission was granted then ). But people reference pretty dogs/horses/animals

all the time and never ever think that they could be someone's pet. There's nothing wrong with taking inspiration from things.

So let's not try to nitpick and divert from the actual issue. It completely devalues the actual issue to nitpick like this. And it also makes people scared to express themselves if they do much as took any noticeable inspiration to make a character.

Thing ous the owner actually saw this and is outraged by how extremely heavily referenced it is. When the actual pet owner notices it.... especially seeing someone then sexualises it... really is a hard pill to swallow. Iss it a direct copy? No but its like 90% similarity

should make a character of him. I don't personally want to cuz he's MY dog and that's weird lol. But I wouldn't be bothered if people liked aspects of his natural design and used them as inspiration.
