Seems unlikely to me, leaving behind the personal opinion one could have regarding PKK, the YPG can't cut ties from one day to another. They share the same ideology, Apu cult is widespread, some SDF commanders are PKK, HPG are there etc. etc.
#Coalition held a meeting with top #SDF political and military leaders in #Kobane, about 2 weeks ago. A compliance investigation highlighted the #YPG-core continuing relations with the #PKK. Coalition advised all relations should be cut, and money flow to Qandil stopped.

Has the Coalition previously admitted material (ie financial) flows from the YPG to the PKK?

I don't think I so, I can't remember any public statement on it. Before the Turkish airstrikes, the SDF kept a large stash of cash in their base and radio station at the top of Qaraqoș Mountain, which was frequented a lot by PKK leaders.

Why on earth would the YPG, trapped in an economic blockade and fighting a intense war, be sending money to Qandil? If there were a flow of money it would clearly be the other way. This is nonsensical.

Qandil receive millions of $ each month from kurds in Turkey and Kurdish diaspora, and probably also from Saudi now
