I could go on. But I have an actual Turkey to baste. Bottom line: let’s dispense with the notion that Turkey is an indispensable US ally. It’s a deeply, deeply problematic one. Maybe not an ally at all. That’s all for my Turkey Day rant. Happy Thanksgiving to all.
