    Ya these talks have failed daesh refusing to let civilians flee after SDF demands to open passage for civilians to get to Al-Shaafah. They are still civilians coming out of Al-Shaafah though but situation not good for rest under daesh control.

    Daesh want a passage through hajin while SDF want one through al- Shaafah
