If you see an error that says
152:nferr_nc_auth_failed
It typically points to information stored on your device that needs to be refreshed. Follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below to resolve the issue.
Apple TV 2 or Apple TV 3
Begin from the Netflix home screen.
If your account has profiles, select Switch Profiles.
If your account does not have profiles, continue to the following step.
Select Sign Out.
Sign back in and try Netflix again.
Apple TV 4 or Apple TV 4K
From inside of the Netflix app, press the Menu button on your remote.
Select Settings.
Select Sign Out.
Sign back in and try Netflix again.
Tap the Menu icon in the upper left or lower right corner of the app.
Scroll to the bottom of the list that appears and select Sign Out.
If you do not see Sign Out, select Home, then scroll to the bottom of the app and select Sign Out.
Select Yes to confirm.
Sign back in and try Netflix again.
