        あと、もし、批判・抗議されて精神的にキツイと中の人が感じているんだとしても、それは、本件に関しては、公務員として当然受けるべき批判でしょう。人権を尊重しない公務員は全体の奉仕者と言えるでしょうか。ふざけるなと言いたい。

        つまり公務員は人間ではないと仰るも同然という理解で良いですか？ 難民かどうかも不明な方々は必要最低限の対応で良いのではないでしょうか？ 病院に行かせてもらえぬのも過去の事例が有って逃亡の恐れあるからじゃないですか？

        異国でご自分がのっぴきならない状況に追いやられたことを想像してみればいいのでは？個人的感想を申し上げれば、入管で審査を受けるというのは極めて心細く、国家権力の前で無力な自分の立場を想い、誰かの助けを喘ぐように求めるもので、心理的に衰弱して健康を害し易い状態に追いやられてゆくのです

        可哀想な境遇であって抜本的な改善がなされるべきという点では同感ですが、それをスプレー缶を使った落書きという手段で表現したらただの軽犯罪でしょう。嫌がらせや迷惑行為は手段として認められない。
