Apparently Mr. Deputy Chief of Staff of Erdogan's Syrian mercenary army has been naughty. Can confirm it is 100% him, but he looks a lot like him. Islamist accounts claim it is him.

2 years ago I would've worked for Amnesty pro bono if I had the opportunity. But their selective moral outrages; obsessing with some governments & giving others a pass, and the infestation of chauvinists in their Mid-East branches, has eroded all trust I had in the organization.

Through its mercenary Syrian "National Army," in a statement about yesterday's clashes in Afrin, Turkey admits that "some corrupt groups" in Afrin have been spreading "fear" & "terrorizing peaceful civilians". Reality that description applies to all of Turkey's mercenary groups.
