    Notice how Russia said absolutely nothing negative about Saudi during the JK investigation. There was a time they would have used it as propaganda against them. Russia now wants to win Saudi over. Putin’s game of dividing and conquering worked in Europe, US and now Middle East.

    Saudi invested in Russia’s LNG space, and is in a position to use Russia as leverage/insurance against the US in case that relationship falls apart on account of blocked arms deals. Saudi and Russia are constantly looking for common ground.
