    Last days I attended meetings with many dignitaries including , Ministers, , delegations from &others. We discussed at length the 2019 budget. Good progress. Very soon it will be submitted to for review & final approval.

    I just returned from Sinjar and one of the issues is transport of 4000 plus children to schools. Students have to walk in some cases 4 miles to get to school. We gave ride to two children who go to a Kurdish school on top of the mountain, they said they skip all rainy days. 1/2
