Memory upgrade
The second upgrade is the easiest one you could imagine. Just swap the onboard RAM, which is a total of 8MByte by default, to:
- 2 * 8MByte, 72pin EDO or FPM RAM
- 2 * 16MByte, 72pin EDO/FPM RAM
- 2 * 32MByte, 72pin EDO/FPM RAM
Just find a really old PC or grab them from Ebay. Some regular 70nsec/80nsec, non-parity models will do, though I believe parity models wouldn’t hurt.
