    En 2017, la Haute-Représentante disait «l’Europe de la défense a plus progressé ces 2 dernières années qu’en 50 ans». Ces spectaculaires avancées (!?) auraient donc vraiment commencé en 2015. Donc avant le début de l’ère géniale LREM. Donc on adapte l’élément de langage.

    D’où sort ce «l’Europe de la Défense a plus progressé en 1 an qu’en 60»? Certes des déclarations d’intentions positives mais: Fonds défense UE pas encore consolidé,usine à gaz PESCO commence juste et opérations PSDC au minima qualitatif & quantitatif

    L'Europe de la défense a fait plus de progrès en 1an qu'en 60. La construction d’une Europe plus souveraine et qui protège mieux ses citoyens passe aussi par la capacité des Européens à agir de façon autonome pour garantir leur sécurité.
