Something that might be cool for future announcements. A confidence rating. So we can tell how confident you are of stuff happening, based on the quantity and quality of sources you are hearing from. Just a thought.

Oh I hope one of the free updates will be extra echo fighters, I'm willing to pay for them. I want a chance that Proto Man and Shadow can be playable in Ultimate

They've outright said it's brand new fighters and not Echos.

Yeah I know the 5 DLC character will be brand new. What I'm saying is that I hope they add Echo Fighters with free update, I want them so bad that I'm willing to pay for them.

This is where I see the problem with hype though. When Sakurai says one thing, but we kind of choose to ignore him and still hope anyway. It only leads to disappointment. Yes, he's never stated echoes won't be free content, but I wouldn't get any hopes up at all.

Sakurai constantly says things and then does the opposite, half of the time "This wont happen cuz Sakurai said so!" is often broken over and over again. Its very likely each DLC update will bring Free Content with the patch for everyone which may very well include Echo Fighters.

Now those new modes for free sound interesting, what if they made new echo fighters for free?, i know it's wish full thinking but its an idea

I've thought of that too. It would also be cool if they released the remaining past stages as either free updates, or as stand alone DLC items. (I know it isn't likely, but I would still love to see stages like Rainbow Road, Pac Maze, and Woolly World return.)

I agree, there are some good stages that need to return, it may hapen like the duck hunt stage wich was a free update

I would also like to see Jungle Hijinx now that I think about it, and even though I haven't personally played on it, a lot of people would probably be happy to see PokeFloats return. Miiverse could also be cool if they do something similar to what they are doing with Splatoon 2.
