    I mean... no, that's incorrect. I spoke with Iranians who can't access medicine, doctors and drug importers who say quite the opposite. You can read more about what's going on in Iran here:

    Shame on for helping spread lies. The truth is: the U.S. does not, and never did, sanction food and medicine. They are exempt from sanctions, as are financial transactions related to humanitarian needs.
