Thanks to all the subscribers for being patient and helpful. I for one want to hear about your projects and your process and your progress!
I posted awhile back about how to start my affilaite program in the website. Since then a lot has happened and the program have since took wings.
I took a risk an made the commission on 50%. We think that because it's the highest % we saw in the market people got really into to it and started sharing and earning.
So enough talking... You're more then welcome to check out what I'm talking about https://bluepenguin.graphics/pages/affiliates

Hey guys,
Just started with this and decided doing a fitness related website using iHerb affiliate program.
So, I publish products from iHerb. My website’s visitor sees the product he wants but in order to actually buy it he gets directed to iHerb plus he needs to check out there. But what if he uses my link but ends up buying something else?
Isn’t there a way to mask the check out process so even thought he checks out on my site it actually makes all the purchase via iHerb’s site?
P.S: I’m taking about a woocommerce website on Wordpress.
Don't know what sequence of actions must l follow? Any help
Has anyone heard of and invested in Gonzalo's Paternoster's "Stress Free Systems?"
One of the best podcasts for affiliate marketers (and digital marketers in general) is "Everyone Hates Marketers."

I just want to absorb as much genuine Internet Marketing info as I can, but I don't want to be scammed into something.
Hi all,
Relatively new to Reddit, so please do go easy on me. I just thought I'd throw my thoughts into making money with Amazon affiliates.
Here goes.
About me:
Ok so I'm a forty-something bit of geek based in the UK, I've been building and tinkering with websites a while now. Mainly as a hobby and later as a full-time job. When I say build I mean use WordPress (I am learning CSS & HTML etc) I've got a few years experience with WordPress and it's my go-to platform for building websites etc. It's easy to set up and easy to use. Hence the choice.
Affiliate experience:
I've had a few years with this, have run sites in the past that were nothing to do with Amazon products, and they did ok for me. A few hundred bucks here and there every month. Not enough to retire on mind you.
I started again from scratch here's what I've learnt so far:
Do not buy any products from self-styled gurus highlighting how they make 10k a month as an Amazon affiliate. Not that it's not possible, however, those punting their success make more money from selling you a course or piece of software, that is, in essence, a piece of \***.*
Research your niche yadda yadda
I didn't. No way. Not that I couldn't be bothered, I just didn't know what I wanted to cover. So I chose a raft of things, lots of different product areas, like gadgets, tech etc. I Just knew I wanted to make money as a hobby again.
Started the blog back end of July this year (2018) covering a multitude of products. A scattergun approach if you will.
Not the way to do things some might say
Yes, you're probably right. What I have discovered though, if you're covering different products and not limiting yourself to a specific niche it makes it more fun.
Let's face it having fun is a BIG part of being an affiliate, you need drive you need determination. If you choose a niche you love awesome, over time, it could become boring.
So I decided to just wing it, add a gadget here, do a roundup there, just keep it interesting for me and hopefully the readers.
If I spot something I like the look of and think it would make a great share on my website I add it, without fear of it not being specific to my locked in the niche.
It keeps it interesting for me and spurs me on to write more and more for the blog. Over time I have no doubt I will end up having a specific niche. But it doesn't have to be a product niche, it could be a way of doing things niche.
The style of the site the way it's constructed could be the niche etc, the only way I will know for sure is to keep tinkering. That's the fun part, tinkering, finding out what works and what doesn't.
How long did it take to make money?
I actually started earning via Amazon affiliates in September:
Clicks 404 - Ordered items 33 - Earnings £18.04
OK, so it's not going set the world on fire right? But it's a start, so it took roughly a month to start earning.
The following month earnings
October earnings:
Clicks 782 - Ordered items 78 - Earnings £37.80
This month I'm on target to do even more. I'm not here to boast with my meagre earnings far from it.
Believe me, there is a point in this post, well a few actually :)
The above is just my opinion and I'm sure it will conflict with others, if you have any questions let me know with a comment, happy to help where I can.
Edit: I will be updating this post as time goes on with what works and what doesn't mini experiments if you will so stay tuned!
I'm new to affiliate marketing and I'm still learning. How does the cookie window work and how can you extend it? Do you have to pay to extend it?
Anyone has some decent affiliate marketing course for noobs like me? Thanks!
Greetings,
My name is James Parker and I am a writer of things. I would be more than happy and honored to help you with your marketing project in the capacity of a writer, if you were ever in need of one.

Hi
If any of you is in internet marketing niche than this strategy should work fine for you. But before that you should know about few terms given below.
- Squeeze page:- It's simply a web page, but unlike normal web pages it has only one goal, to collect visitor information (name and email).
- Auto Responder:- It is basically an online software where we can add already written emails and It will send emails to users according to our settings. For example, when you signup into some website you get thank you mail. It is sent by auto responder.
Let's start:-
STEP1:- Choose 3 affiliate products from Clickbank in internet marketing niche.
STEP2: Write 5-7 part email series for every affiliate product.
STEP3:- Create a squeeze page.
STEP4:- Drive traffic to squeeze page
Now here is the deal, rather than waiting to promote your offer on emails whenever someone signup to your newsletter from squeeze page, you will redirect them to your one time offer page.
For me 9-12$ offers work well as people don't know me by that time.
Generally, if the offer is good than you will easily get 5%-10% conversion. Which means in every 1000 clicks you will get around 400 subscribers (depends upon squeeze page) and 29 buyers.
If you will make 10$ average commission on average you will make around 200$ but this is not everything, this is just front end offer. They have back end sales as well from the vendor's end. On an average you will make 200$ from the back end sales with the help of vendor (only if vendor allows commission on the back end offer).
So now you are making 400$ per 1000 clicks on your landing page. This is not everything, if you are promoting good product and genuinely helping person they will get in touch with you for a life.
Marketers make 1 dollar per month from every person in their list. So in case you have reached 1000 users , that would be 1000 $ for you until you start spamming them.
Even if they don't buy you can use them for CPA offers.
So you will start providing the value to them and they will keep buying from you.
Good email series is the key of success here.
In case you can't do copyrighting yourself, I have a done for you solution what am using these days.
Feel free to PM.
Thanks
I cannot find much online about Affiliate Marketing programs that could automate the sales for us, is this against any laws and if not, has anyone worked on any interesting projects to automate posting or email links to relevant potential clients?

Is it possible to identify from an Amazon affiliate link who created the link? Obviously whoever posts the links generally created them, but is it possible to find out any more information about the person who created the link from the link itself?
I have a tech site and have been unsuccessful applying On CJ on major PC manufacturer but get auto declined. Where do I find the reasons for auto decline
I have been studying affiliate marketing for awhile now and finally started taking action. Sucks to find out that some plugins I was going to use require me to have API/secret codes from Amazon which they no longer give to new members until you made a few sales. Bleh. This stuff is frustrating, especially since this wasn't even a rule not too long ago. Every video and blog post for people starting out was pushing Amazon for a starting point. And just my luck it all changes. Just gotta make it work somehow
My main focus is to be an good affiliate marketer and i am following many youtube gurus that tell this is not a good time to start affiliate marketing cause market is full of marketers and theres a lot of competition and its not easy to earn money for any newbie. Should i continue doing affiliate marketing need your suggestions?
Marketing technology has revolutionised the marketing departments’ function drastically. Tools are improving rapidly and as a result, marketers are increasingly required to produce quantifiable results. As technology has gained momentum, it has changed the marketing industry making it more dynamic. Marketing Attribution is injecting the much-required transparency that provides a clear view of how every dollar is spent and how each channel performs.
The results are based on careful analysis of thousands of data points which are attributed directly to business outcomes. This is not only useful for the management to review the ROI on the marketing budget but is also critical to validate the marketing teams’ strategy and decisions.
Marketing Measurement has emerged as a top priority for marketers, as the need to learn more about patterns in campaign responses and justifying the pipeline impact intensifies. According to a Marketing Measurement and Attribution Survey, conducted by Demand Gen Report, 91% of respondents agreed that marketing measurement and reporting is a top priority for their organizations.
Understanding how marketing spend drives sales is powerful information and marketing technology is providing more clarity towards this knowledge than ever before. However, most marketers believe that their ability to measure and analyze marketing performance and its impact is far from perfect.
Here’s how you can do it with Unliche:
Well, armed with all this data, you can basically prove to the management that you are a marketing rockstar. Amaze your team members and superiors with data around how you optimized your marketing campaigns to get the maximum ROI from your marketing budget. You can also plan your future campaign with higher precision and continue to maximize the marketing impact on your company’s revenue. Further, you can justify the marketing spend by calculating the cost per conversion achieved.
This is however just the tip of the iceberg. Once you have all the raw data reports, you can slice and dice it in your own way to gain more insights about your app and its users. This information can be used in many ways from improving app retention to driving in-app engagement.
So are you ready to give it a go?

Hello,
Just stuck at a particular point. If I'm in the fitness industry, and I want to find out what customers really want, or for example gaps in service, where can I go to find these things?
The best I could think of was reddit and the typical bodybuilding site. Any suggestions?
