I fix roughly 30 computers a week my self( i work with 2 others who fix about the same) so the money wasn't the issue.

We just decided to let her leave so we didn't have to deal with something that wasn't a problem.
A verbal agreement is just as valid as a signed paper as long as its recorded in some fashion, so legally we are in the right to withhold if a customer doesn't pay after agreeing.
We do for the most part work with most people who are nice, and let them pay some now some later or pay on the bill a small amount at a time.
but for shit like this where they just start going ape(and yes its almost always a nigger) it's not worth the hassle. let them think they won, they can never come back to the shop and we are the only good place in my city.
