Also while someone mentioned that the link is due to Dylan originally making the theme and adding it to tumblr’s theme selector, it’s a rarely used one and it’s suspicious that “Not!Dylan” would use it instead of the default theme.
This person is also threatening legal action by tracking IP addresses and talks about how techy he is and how he has gone through many a loophole with tumblr. He is trash.
Also, as @SirTank1974 and a friend on FB have posited: the syntax of the writing actually looks like that if someone whose native-language was Spanish, meaning it could possibly be Daniel.
A close reading shows that the author, despite writing excellent English, isn’t a native speaker. He misuses certain words in the way an native speaker wouldn’t. Other clues suggest that his native language might be Spanish. Connect the dots...
Then possibly it’s Daniel? He’s a native of Mexico, no?
