    This is today. Almost 3 years after it was retaken from , the city is still a ghost town. Reconstruction hasn’t even started. You barely see anyone near the flattened old city. It’s about time to rebuild and ensure safe return for hundreds of thousands of .

    Point important: les démocrates ont une avance considérable dans le vote populaire. Mais c’était déjà le cas en 2016 (+3m pour Clinton). Les US sont un système fédéral : il faut gagner en assurant une assise territoriale large. L’avance de Clinton était concentré en Californie.
