Titans are a unique variant of the Bosses found on Corrupted Earth in Extinction. Serving more of a roaming-summoned Boss, they can only be found within dungeon-depths and called upon from their arena-specific flooring before they could be seen in the map. Unlike other bosses however, these can be tamed by eradicating the corruption emerging around their body parts. Also unlike other Bosses, which appear as level 1, all Titans arrives as Level 1500 (and will gain boosted level depending on its taming efficiency), which is normally impossible to tame for regular dino.

Once tamed however, they will not show any sign of corruption in them, and there will be a Tek Platform saddle already pre-equipped onto the the Titan. However like the Titanosaur.png Titanosaur, these tames are temporary and will disappear after a set period of times. Only one of them can be permanently tamed in Single Player, but it must be sacrificed to tame another. Another thing to note is that due to the initial level, it is impossible to level the creature.

Unlike most dino, a Titan's health does not recover when they are tamed and will reflect on how strong they currently are, which makes daring tamers needing to aim carefully at the corruption to tame them for the best strength possible for the duration of its existence.

Each Titan requires different type of strategies. It won't just include only damage-dealing, but needs more advanced strategies, which are not yet known.[1]

To be able to confront the main Boss of Extinction, the survivor must kill or tame all four Titans.
