Edit: Not looked into this to closely, but it should be looked into if any of the crimes he did can be proved to have happened across a state line, so that more competent Police can get involved

So I guess with snake fuck it really all depends on how much his city cares. I am sure if it got enough publicity it would be a harsher sentence. Judges have some discretion. A process called departure allows judges to add time in county jail -- as long as 12 months for the worst offenses -- to a probation sentence. And offenders who repeatedly violate the terms of their probation can ultimately end up doing the full time.

Wallace is one of just two officers working for OHS. They are fully sworn police officers commissioned by Oregon State Police to investigate animal-related crimes. OHS refers to them as Special Agents. They're authorized to issue citations, author search warrants and assist other law enforcement agencies in investigation, crime scene processing, and evidence collection.


While most of their work takes place in Multnomah and surrounding counties, OHS Special Agents have jurisdiction statewide.

Good idea, but I remember from reading the logs awhile ago that he didn't even know how to drive. So unless someone helped him across state lines (e.g. his mom, any friends, etc.), I would be doubtful that this fat tub of lard would walk even 10 steps to go into another state.
