This has been very hard news to receive. At this point, all we can do is wait for the FBI to investigate. They have the evidence, and it is up to them to utilize it. Stay hopeful, it's not over. <3

Update on SnakeThing: SnakeThing has been released and the DA will not be filing. Likely a state statute of limitations issue; we will share once we receive confirmation from our officer. He is still under investigation by the FBI and may face federal charges in the future.

I'd like to know the DA's name, maybe they can give some more information.

We've already called our officer. We're expecting a call back in a few days. We will publicize that information when it is available.

Does the officer have the same info as the DA? I'm not totally sure how these things work and just assumed they'd know different things.
