  記事のどの辺がサイコなのでしょうか？引き継ぎがきちんとなされなかったのは問題ですが…。引き取り手もいない、行政が簡単に埋葬する事も出来ない、法の狭間にいる方々に対し、できる限りの事をしていた結果かと思いますが。
