      マジレスすると、関数は対応関係自体のことなので、組(x,y)の集合fであって、(定義域をDとすると) ∀x∈D.∃y.(x,y)∈f と ∀x∈D.∀y1,y2.(x,y1)∈f∧(x,y2)∈f⇒y1=y2 を満たすもの。

      ∀f∀D∀I (f:D→I :⇔(∀z∈f ∃x∈D ∃y∈I z=(x,y) ∧∀x∈D ∃!y (x,y)∈f)) です。 D={0},f={(0,0),(1,0),(1,1)}とすると、このD,fは@esumii さんの定義を満たすのでいいのかと思いました。

          そもそも終域(Meizen_OSさんの式でいうI)も省いたのでその辺はてきとうでしたが、ちゃんと書くと普通はf⊆D×I(Meizen_OSさんの式でいう∀zの部分)も仮定しますね。言われてみれば例えば立法根とか、複素数上では多価関数だけど実数上では普通の関数、みたいなのも「あり」かもしれませんが。

          そうですね。多価関数は二項関係は満たしますが写像にはならず、f(x)が定義できないのを構文エラーのまま無理矢理f(x)と書いてますね。 直積を使わなかったのは直積集合の存在を仮定せずにf:D→Iを定義できる利点があったからです。直積集合の存在を導く公理は強力なのでできれば回避したいです

          人によっては集合に∀がついているのも怖がるかもしれませんね:-) ちなみに下らない質問ですみませんが、終域をIと書くのは何の略(流儀?)だったんでしょうか?

          あ、Imageのつもりでしたけど全射でないときは違いますね。頭文字にするならCodomainのCとかのTargetのTなどが良かったかもしれません
