TBH, I had to deal with someone trying to weaponize my own designs against me too. I would take it higher up the chain of command, that was the only solution for me to stop having a clearly fully mature, but effeminate male stop being categorized as a cub.

Try going to Dragoneer directly, that's my only suggestion.

Oh it's been quite a while since I fell out of grace [IE: stopped sucking up to/tolerating them] from the whole popufur crowd for almost a decade now alas

Doubt they'll exercise any sort of proper judgement on an old man like me lol

Oh, I've been speculating for a while that if the antis became the ascendant force, femboy and anime artists and their followers would be fucked. Of course, those antis who had such fetishes and actually would complain things had gone too far might very well be the next round of declared pedophiles to be purged, but at point we could derive some sadistic amusement from their self-imposed predicament.

Also, do you perchance know who your aggressor is? I'm investigating this matter now and have identified one person in particular who is both very mentally ill and extremely obsessed with "pedophilia" on FA and in the vore community. I know others report things for one reason or another, but this one's scorched earth campaign of terror and the wave of artists complaining of draconian punishments and lack of help coincide.

Sadly no, it's not like you're told who reported your stuff, and once you are, it seems the burden of proof lies with you for a character being underage or not. :/

Wild guess, FA thinking your art is "involving minors" again or what.

That's the most probable scenario yep

Ahh, man. Super Sucky.

However, Twitter and Tumblr are Difficult as a Follower. I already don't see anyone's art on those sites anyways with how they are set up. :/
But there really aren't any art sites that are kind to artists today <.<". I looked. I looked all over. Tumblr's the land of Artistic freedom, so yeah...
that's kinda the best place for artist's freedoms of drawing. T_T

I mean I plan on exercising increase caution when posting shit here

But the fact is, the staff won't cut me some slack and remove OLD AF submissions that might all-of-a-sudden become "illegal" as their ToS continue to be updated.

So those become potential points of attack via weaponized 'outrage' from dickbag anons looking to 'get rid of problematic old people'
  htfcuddles

#link     Posted: 2 days ago

In this case isnt just "dickbag anons", I'm sure its a single user that's been trying to get blocked anything involving underage characters so he could brag about that on Twitter.

You were even added to a list of "pedopiles" that's circulating around.

Even sadder for them then, wew

Spoiler alert: all furries classify as pedo then

Hmmmm, I may know who this is. Amazing how the catalysts for my investigations are so often brought about by totally irrelevant affairs! I'll be simultaneously highly impressed and extremely disdainful for the extreme waste of time and firepower on this shit, if this actually is the work of one person. We should confer privately on this at this point...

#link     Posted: a day ago

Ironically, who I suspect this is, actually does seem to be having some sort of nervous breakdown and has sort of gone on a war of purification on their own special fetish sub-community, if my first preliminary impressions are accurate. So now their friends have sort of become enemies because SO MANY PEDOS OMFG!!!

On Twitter, you have 7.4k followers.

On FA, you have 30k.

Do both, for as long as you have an FA. I'll keep pushing for a better enforcement system, so you don't end up getting deplatformed by an admin with a bone to pick.
  rattuskid

I agree here.

#link     Posted: 3 days ago

Admins: I'll remove this one offensive thing but save these other ones so somewhere down the line when I've forgotten about them I can come back and fuck ya all over again.

Me: Well couldn't you just remove every single one that might get me suspended at the same time?

Admin: Fuck you for telling me how I should do my job.
  veritas

#link     Posted: 3 days ago

Do you honestly believe the admin team has enough time to look through the entire gallery of every person reported for a violation? I don't think you have any real appreciation for just how big this site has become, and how small its admin team is.
  kai

#link     Posted: 2 days ago

And that excuses them in penalizing them for even older submissions made before the infraction as if it was a new offence how?
  veritas

#link     Posted: 2 days ago

Whatever the merits and demerits of the AUP as it stands at any given time, it's ultimately a user's responsibility to keep their gallery in compliance. If getting cited once isn't enough of a wake-up call to think back over what else might be in there that would fall under the same rule, that's not the admins' failing.

And if you can't see how the fact that they cannot be feasibly expected to know the full contents of everyone's gallery is relevant to them not pointing out other offending submissions the first time their attention is drawn to one (and given the relative numbers of staff and non-staff users I'd give at least 100 to 1 that it's just that, rather than admins personally finding the material if it's not scrolling past the front page), there's really nothing further to say.

You know, most times something put in a new rule, leeway is given for stuff that is pre-existing to not punish people for its existence, especially not punishing them for the rule enforcer'slack of ability to notice it. It's called a grandfather clause. And in this case, it's of particular importance, because the definition of cub and not cub is so damned arbitrary. Oro wants to comply, but doesn't know what in his gallery is breaking all the rules. So instead of letting him comply, the staff instead is going to punish him again for something they failed to review after he asked them to help him bring the gallery into compliance, that's bullshit.
  veritas

#link     Posted: a day ago

Assuming that there's a grandfather clause - especially an indefinite one - is never wise, especially in cases where the site could be faced with legal action for hosting the content. Yes, it sucks that the line is blurry - but if a piece of content gets reported to the actual police, and it's deemed worth prosecuting, no amount of "he just looks young, honest!" will shield the site from the consequences. In the case of photos/videos of real-life models/actors, documentation can be kept on file showing that those people were of age at the time the content was produced; for art, though, all there is do go on is subjective impressions, and that makes it especially hazardous.

There's a reason upload policy changes get posted with a newsbar at the top of the site, and that's so users can see it and know if they need to change their posting habits - or even take action on their prior content. If you're unsure if a piece is compliant, you can always ask - and if there was already a report in the queue that gets it noticed the hard way before the query is handled, you'll at least be able to point to your ticket as evidence that you were exercising due diligence.

Do you honestly believe that the admins are fat fucking biased bigots who never help you in any situation towards non "popufur" people?

I really can't use twitter or tumblr, either gets hacked on a daily basis whenever I try and, quite frankly, I can't spend hours daily reclaiming my account just for art. Sorry. :(

God damn it
Out of all the other actual gallery sites, you pick the two worse when one wants to browse your previous works.

#link     Posted: 2 days ago

That really fucking sucks considering twitter and tumblr both downscale all of your works to 720p without any loopholes to getting them the original sizes, but oh well.

Fucking FA and their rules...

At least you got Inkbunny as well, unless of course you forgot the password.
  phurie

#link     Posted: 2 days ago

For Twitter, you can use the Twitter-image-helper addon for Firefox to download the non-scaled version.

Otherwise you have the option of viewing the image and changing the URL parameter of .ext:large to .ext:orig.
Also, using m.twitter for a tweet on a PC will allow you to save images from a gallery-view with multiple images.

What I have read according to e621's site, the images that are posted there are still downsized in quality no matter what it is you do, even if it's changing the url to the source.

I could be wrong in this, however. Here's the link to that particular bit of info I read if you're interested. https://e621.net/wiki/show/howto:si.....ources#twitter

Inkbunny and e621 are good alternatives if they keep doing this stuff.

I've personally used Inkbunny for 7 years due to their amazing design and user interface (compared to all other art sites I've looked at at least).
Just the fact that it has pools and multi-file submissions puts it miles above FA. (FA folders are pretty crap imo)

Problem with IB is the stigma. It's widely considered the "pedo site" and I can understand why.
But I mean if you don't like that stuff just blacklist "cub" and you won't see any of it, as long as people tag, which is much more common on IB compared to FA at least. I really wish more people would give the site a chance and maybe change the public opinion in the long run.

I had a comment to this but FA crashed and ate it.

  jasonafex

#link     Posted: a day ago

I see so many talented, genuine artists getting tired of the platform. Perhaps it's for the best. I have no reason to defend FA myself, flash somehow breaks with every update and shows no signs of being updated with HTML5 support. I only really use the platform out of nostalgia.

Zero tolerance for chibi characters is hurting the community more than it's helping it. I've seen this problem prop up a lot. Just create filters like Hentai-Foundary for questionable content, allow everything and let the user decide what they want to see. Sadly, we both know that would require the long overdue site update. Instead, lets just bring on more unpayed mods to do the dirty work of censorship without discretion.

Well from what I can tell, seems like whoever is working for the site, Seema to have some kind of "personal justice" for them having to suspend you, and I love your work since the day I saw it.

so basically you're moving because you're too lazy to keep your gallery in check. i thought mexicans were supposed to be hard working?
