What would people say if I took a bunch of commissions and specifically skipped over one person Told them it's because I just take really long time to do things while at the same time pushing out about 30 icons, full page art and other commissions.

Did you pay for it in advance? That is the only time you'd have a reason to be this mad. If not, just get over it. Also saying "Because I have a big following" is incredibly stupid and just trying to grasp at straws and reasons, which seems to be your bread and butter.

It's the thing you are complaining about? What should I focus on instead? you are mad you placed a commission and got ignored, right? Also you touted your popularity as a reason the person wouldn't contact you, but also subtweet someone calling them a popufur to discredit them
