    For 3 weeks, I as others have been tweeting about & Saudi. Only twice I received nonstop attacks, both after I tweeted about . One before his supposed dismissal, one after. Most are google-translated, others come from known folks who also only defended Saud

    Notice that Saudi official’s statements so far (the statement, the standing order & the latest above 👆) all aim to say the team mishandled the situation. That’s short of “rogue killers”, since they acted according to standing order & high-level instructions, but they messed up.

    Per the official: The plan went badly quickly. The team didn’t stick to the plan & thought they could rush him there. Jamal shouted at them & a fight ensued. He died in the fight. No torture or chopping. His body was wrapped in a carpet & handed to a local cooperator.
