    End. Daesh shows that during sandstorms they are still capable of raiding, but they cannot maintain constant attacks like with with their limited manpower. They tried and failed to find the artillery firebases, who in return have been shelling their positions no-stop for days.

    Particularly east of Sha'fah, where several of their raiding groups were mangled pretty badly. In Hajin, they took several losses, but ultimately were mostly successful in their raids. On the Baghuz axis, clashes were very bloody. Coalition retaliation was very harsh as well.

    6. Casualties were high, especially for a unit in the DeZMC from Shaddadi, which took 40 dead and wounded. As far as I know, there were at least 100 dead and wounded among the SDF. However, this is not a 1-sided battle. Daesh casualties were also high++

    5. The counterattack during the sandstorm did not see a total collapse in SDF lines. Anyone who says so is lying. Almost all areas were recaptured with the exception of locations inside Soussa and a few areas in Hajin. Daesh driving around the desert isn't proof of a collapse.

    4. fighters were provided with IED training, but YPG/J specialists are doing most of the demining. DeZMC was also provided with small numbers of MaxxPro MRAPs. Of which two have been lost. 1 was destroyed and another captured. YPG uses IAG Guardians and Humvees.

    They left without the approval of other people and will probably not be allowed to return. 3. Arab forces are from several main areas. Shaddadi, Deir ez Zor, Raqqa, and Hasakah. There is also a very small MFS detachment.

    giving fire support. Notably with mortars and technical mounted HMGs. 2.The International are not allowed to fight. They are held up in Shaddadi. Two weeks ago, a commander allowed them to go fight, and unfortunately Sehid Şahin fell. YPGINT were immediately withdrawn. ++

    1. forces in the area number roughly ~7000 fighters in total. They are almost entirely Arabs. Those doing the actual clashing are entirely Arabs. The Deir ez Zor Military Council is doing all the grunt work. YPG/J are holding secondary defensive positions and++

    BREAKING: confirms that a number of aircraft were left behind in hangars at Tyndall AFB due to maintenance or safety reasons. All those hangars were damaged by the storm, and USAF anticipates the aircraft inside may be damaged as well.
