1. Account
In order to join InkedFur and utilize its functionality, you are responsible to upload all images you intend to sell. InkedFur will determine what sizes can be sold of that image. By filling out your legal name below, you accept the InkedFur Terms of Service. It is possible to close your account at your request by sending an email at address kamilla@inkedfur.com. The account will be closed within one week to let potentially pending orders to be completed.

2. Image Upload Policy
You are allowed to upload only images created by you or with your collaboration, but an appropriate written permission from all collaborators must be supplied when uploading either by a text file or email to kamilla@inkedfur.com. Selling commissioned artwork without prior commissioner’s approval is prohibited. In such a case, commissioners’ permissions must be acquired and maintained by you or a relevant notice must be present in your commission Terms of Service. Images depicting extreme violence, gore, some bathroom fetishes, inflation, or rape may not be considered for selling. We maintain full right to deny the sale of any image with or without reason.

3. Copyrights
You assert that you are the sole copyright holder for images that you upload for sale, or that you have documented permission to sell prints of those images, and that you and all other concerned parties grant limited permission to print and sell those images. At any time, you can revoke this permission by sending a request via email to kamilla@inkedfur.com. The images in question will be removed within twenty-four hours from receipt of the request. Please bear in mind that pending orders for recalled works will be cancelled. If a commissioner requests their art be removed as a print, we will approach you with either proof of their permission or see if you maintain rights in your terms of service.

For your own protection, Please ensure that you retain the rights to works printed (within a terms of service), or have documented permission from the commissioner, before submitting them for sale. Skype logs and FA notes and other things you have on record is sufficient. Outside the US, please ensure that you follow copyright protocol in your country.

NOTE: Publishing high resolution images on your personal gallery is discouraged if you wish to sell prints, as this makes them easily printable and can reduce your sales; however, it is not prohibited by these terms.

4. Service
InkedFur covenants to print and sell images selected by customers in your stead and transfer part of acquitted fees to a destination specified by you. InkedFur guarantees the quality of images and will handle all customer inquiries about the quality of the product being sold.

5. Alterations to Uploaded Images
InkedFur may modify the images you upload to make it fit for printing. This includes color balance, leveling, and cropping. By submitting images to InkedFur, you are giving us the full right to modify the images as we see fit to create the best print. This does NOT allow us to change the colors completely, remove characters, or add any art to the image. We will also not crop out characters. If you are concerned with your signature getting cropped out to fit a certain size, please submit a copy of your signature so it can be added or just submit multi-layered TIFF or PSD files with the signature on a separate layer. We will make our best attempts to keep it on the print.

6. Fees and Transfer of Funds.
The services provided for you do not contain explicit fees; however, cost of raw materials used for printing and matting and time spent on customer service must be taken into account. InkedFur transfers back to you 35% (thirty-five percent) of the prices shown on the website. The prices however depend solely on the size of prints and the quality of used materials and are not a subject to change at your request. The prices and artists’ shares may be changed with an appropriate notice. If you have signed up with InkedFur prior to launch, you are gauranteed to receive 35% royalties until December 31st, 2015.

7. Change of Terms of Service
InkedFur has the right to change the Terms of Service with an appropriate notice. Please consider this a live document.

8. Disclaimer
Your use of this site is solely at your own risk. This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. InkedFur will do our best to sell your prints and transfer your funds to you in a timely manner. There may be some outages and/or interruptions that are out of our control.
