Windows 10 ver 1809 は、なにやら問題があったようで、提供停止されました。インストールメディアを作成してまだインストールしてないって人は、ストップしましょう。

追記)

評価版のサイトからも Windows 10 Enterprise ver 1809/Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019、Windows Server 2019、Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2019 とかも消えてます。MSDN からも全部消えてます。

Docker Hub の microsoft/windowsservercore と microsoft/nanoserver のページに昨日追加された新タグ（1809、lsts2019）とpull方法の説明も消えているので、おそらく RS5 ベースのコンテナー イメージも停止されていると思います。
