    2. Everyone whose guilt is not proven will be released. 3. Everyone who resisted HTS is declared wanted and must be handed over to HTS shouls the opportunity arise. 4. Should the suspects return to Kafr Haleb, they will become a legitimate target.

    After the incident,the elders of Kafr Haleb met with HTS representatives and agreed upon the following: 1. Injured HTS member will be returned to the group. In exchange, the suspects will be allowed to evacuate to Atareb. They will not be allowed to return to the village.

    Here's how the story goes: HTS sent a convoy to Kafr Haleb to detain a group of men involved in theft, kidnapping and drug trade. While the HTS fighters captured some of the suspects, others escaped and mixed in with the civilians, leading to clashes on the streets.
