So I really love drawing outfits, and was wondering, if I made up a base and did some outfits for people to 'adopt', would anyone be interested in them?

What you'd get is your character drawn into the outfit.
they'll be all different kinds of outfits. from gothic, to pastel, to fantasy, apocalyptic, ect.
and you'd be free to stick them on ref sheets n such if you wanted.

They'd be sold at a flat price rate. probably around £15 for flat colour or £20 for shaded.

I was so so tired all day after the intense wind and rain kept me up all night yesterday night by beating on my window and whistling through the wall vent, so i went to bed as soon as i'd eaten dinner after work and expected to sleep all the way through to at least dawn. but no. alas. my body is fucking weird and decided that 5 hours of sleep was enough and i woke up at 2:30am... i just... what the hell body usually I can't even fucction without like 9 or 10 hours sleep and sometimes i've literally slept for 24 hours... ;A; why can't I wiiiiin?

UPDATE: after 4 & half hours I'm ready to sleep again for fuck sake why body why. at least I'm not at work today xD

About Commission Pricing
"I just wanna give advice about your commission prices! If you don't want advice for them then ignore this, I'm only mentioning it because of the question.. but I was looking over them and I think:
-You should make additional characters +100% of the base price, not +50%
-You should make the difference between a half body and a full body wider (20-40+ pounds between a half body and a full body painting would be reasonable)
-I also think you could charge more for backgrounds! E.g. between 50-100% of the base price, depending on complexity
Basically your prices are fair for the lower priced stuff, but as you get higher in complexity I think the prices should go higher then they do. Just my 2 cents though!!"
I'm not comfortable making additional characters +100% of the base price, but I have upped the price for additionals since this was suggested! I've also upped the prices of the higher complexity stuff. I still find it terribly hard to price myself ;w;

So, I have only a vague idea of what an Iron Artist challenge even is, but it's something I might be interested in doing.

Basically it's a pair of pastel sweatpants that would fix all my problems with finding suitable bottoms to wear as I can NEVER find any in my size that would fit a fairy kei outfit.

Fairy Kei is one of my favourite styles but ever since coming out as trans I've felt increasingly uncomfortable wearing the skirts/shorts i'd usually wear for it. These pants would fix that problem and make me feel so much better and able to actually get dressed up and go to a meet again! (I've missed the last years worth due to selfconfidence problems with skirts)

so, since my parents broke up when i was younger, christmas has been kinda just a big downer for me. I really don't have much christmas spirit. And my family kinda has this rule that once you hit 18 you don't get presents anymore cause you're too old. so I've only got like 1-2 presents at x-mas from non family members since then. and we never really spend it together so yeah... last few years I've been spending it with my best friend so I at least have some fun... but I like making others smile by getting presents for them when/if I can! Any presents I give will most likely be art since I don't often have money to spare. So I'll do my best to fill some art related wishes other's have!

changed up my patreon rewards, let's try this and hope it's less stress!

Sad news for me. I'm going to have to close down my patreon.

I started it because I was hoping it'd mean I'd get enough support from my followers that way, to be able to take time to do personal work more instead of always drawing commissions and rarely my own characters. But that's just not what's happened.
It's just not feasible for me to keep updating it and taking time to draw rewards when they end up being cheaper on patreon than if I were doing them as commissions.
and I just don't know how to encourage people to support me with even a dollar on there despite being told my rewards for it are great.

My art is my ONLY form of income besides government welfare. And while I'm just about able to pay what my dad asks for me for rent/food, it means that I'm 100% stuck living with him. (and yes I have been trying to get another job for almost a year now. my hometown literally has no jobs that will take me because I'm 'over qualified' due to going to college and university apparently.)

I'm extremely thankful to all those who have supported me while it's been running. you've all helped a lot.

So before the next charging period and after I've done these last rewards, unless something drastically changes with my number of supporters on there, I will be closing it down.

I may release cheap sketch zip files in future if anyone is interested. though I have to work out where/how to sell them other than someone emailing then paypal-ing me and me sending them the file.

If anyone has ANY suggestions on either how I can make my patreon more enticing (if i decide to take it up again in future) or how they think I should sell sketch packs, let me know!
