A score of 0 (no arousal) is ideal, and would indicate zero risk of sexual deviation and re-offense. #Justice4Sisk

The subjects risk evaluation score is then submitted to the courts for review in favor of or against a guilty verdict. #Justice4Sisk

At least, this is how it's supposed to work. Sisk was subjected to these mandatory tests and received the ideal score of 0. #Justice4Sisk

However, these results were largely ignored by the Arizona Courts and despite this being a single, isolated offence... #Justice4Sisk

To clarify, Sisk was subject to PPG before she began her MtF transition. Due to transition, she now doesnt qualify for PPG. #Justice4Sisk

However, anyone in suspicion of commiting a sexual offense who owns a penis is still subject to these awful, inaccurate tests. #Justice4Sisk

Further, if convicted, the defendant will receive a court order to attend sex offender therapy despite their risk score. #Justice4Sisk

The offender will then have to submit to another PPG at the end of therapy. If they score above 0, they repeat therapy. #Justice4Sisk

There is no equivalent female test, and they're given a pass. So not only is the PPG unfounded, unnecessary, and irrelevant... #Justice4Sisk

...it's also sexist. Like many other aspects of justice for sex offenders, the PPG needs to be brought to light and shut down! #Justice4Sisk
