  9. Lots of blurry reports on implementation/rejection/confusion about DMZ agreement & lines [not] drawn… What *is* clear, is that what was agreed in was far from a finished product. Stakeholders now have 10days to implement a deal whose terms are ambiguous at best.

    Is it April 1? The Global Coalition to Fight has come up with guidelines on terminology to avoid. For example: - Avoid" “Lone Wolf” - Why? "‘Wolf’ has a positive, almost heroic connotation. Care should be taken not to glorify criminal activity.”

    As someone who’s specifically studied AQ in since 2011, I can say with total confidence that there aren’t even 20,000 AQ members in all of , let alone in city. Official AQ numbers would be 3,000-4,000. "AQ-linked" members nationwide? Perhaps 16,000-18,000.
