    This may sounds conspiratorial, but suddenly the PUK&KDP media war and the hubbub about election fraud all ended when the final turnout results where made public. PUK started celebrating; KDP totally changed tone.

    This, after they accused PUK of great fraud, violations and using force all day long.

    Despite some violations, the voting process was conducted peacefully. Counting is underway. The turn out was 58.57% in Erbil, 61% in Duhok, 51% and 59.9% in Halabja.

    Something is happening in Slemnai province. The Electoral Commission gave a wrong turnout number at noon, later at 15:00 it didn't give any numbers for the province. Even now there is still no turnout percentage for Slemani province.

    Turnout in of 3 governorates announced by IHERC: Erbil 58%, Duhok 61% & Halabja 60%.
