腰痛を本気で治すグルグル体操

つい先日、髪の毛を切りました！

いつものように、横と後ろを短くしているので

夜走りに行くとだいぶ寒いんですね・・・

体があったまってくると問題ないんですが、あったまるまでが勝負です

 

 

さて、本題ですが

本日は本気で腰痛を治していくためのエクササイズをお伝えしていければと思います。

 

 

座りなができるので、ぜひおすすめです。

 

 

背骨の中でも腰の骨ってねじる動きが実は全くないんですが(5度くらいしか動かないです！)

その上にある胸の骨がねじる動きの主軸を担当しています。(だいたい30度くらい動きます)

 

 

なので、胸の骨が動かなくなるだけで腰にものすごく負担がかかってきます。
