Update: The lines and borders of the demilitarized zone is still a technical debate between the Turkish & Russian delegations. Nothing has been decided until now. All reports about the DMZ only in rebel areas aren’t true.

I was told from senior rebel sources that this report is true. Turkish authorities should have informed factions that the demilitarized zone will be only implemented in rebel-held areas.
