Don’t worry about it, i just didn’t want to let you down in case you expected more bowsette due to weekend. I have work to do and I do it every day so I can do as good of a job as possible within deadline. It’s more a matter of personal standards than bare necessity.

well since you are doing a fine arc with bowsette, it is up to you how this is going to be, a hearth warming or hearth breaking little arc , since for now it only exist on the collective cognition , i hope you dig some deep meaning like you did before (pg2) , but on pg3 and 4 there is a ton of wrong train thoughts , imo at least.
Sometimes you must draw wrong conclusion before you arrive to the right one.
I think the key that makes this whole “Bowsette” shtick funny is that it feels like something Bowser would actually do out of spite, only to have it all go horribly wrong in comedic fashion.
My pal Greg did a bowsette thing too, he worked on it a good bit of time!

Wasnt the bowsette comic suppose be a 4 parter? Or how many pages did you plan out by now? Just curious. I love this shit xD and you can write and draw simply awesome comics. I bet that you could even make a comic about growing grass look interesting and exciting with a deep plot lol
it was supposed to be a 4 parter at first, yeah. I have few more pages of it planned now though. Mostly just exploration of the topic and having a bit of fun with the character of Bowsette.

I’ll try to get a page out here and there. to make it happen these last few days has meant 12 hours of drawing a day since I also have that as my “dayjob” as it were, and it’s really doing a number on my back.
When you think about it…
The way Bowsette took internet is very reflective of just how bowser / bowsette is depicted as the conquering warlord, only our realm had no Mario to protect it.
And I for one welcome our new Queen with open arms.
Soo many questions, I have! If Bowsette has been wearing that crown for weeks now without removing it, could this mean the effect has become permanent and removing it wouldn't change Boswette back to Bowser? If Bowsette and Mario have consummated their marriage, could Bowsette now be pregnant without knowing it? How much of her is still reptilian/draconic in nature and how much is mammalian? And if Bowsette is to be a regular thing, might she warrant her own dedicated tumblr now?
A lot of good questions I also have been thinking of. This little meme that started as a joke sure has a lot of potential in it. Almost a shame my time to explore it is so limited.
