    It is not just Assad. His shameful actions aside Syria should be supported by the countries which can afford to do so. Just as Putin is not Russia, Trump is not America, Turkey is not Erdogan, Khamenei is not Iran, Assad is not Syria. His fate is not Syria’s it will be his alone

    If and when the fighting ends in Syria, the Assad regime will also have to deal with the realities of post-war reconstruction of an estimated $200 and 350 billion.

    אם סוללת האס -300 תופעל עי הרוסים - אין בכך חידוש, הרוסים מפעילים אס -400 (משוכלל בהרבה) בסוריה כבר יותר משנתיים ולא משגרים על מטוסי ישראל. אם הסוללה תופעל ע״י הסורים - ישראל תדע כיצד לפגוע בה. המוניטין של מערכות ההגנה האווורית הרוסית יפגע.
