Looking for a few extensions

Post by mintaka » Sat Aug 04, 2018 6:34 pm

I'm looking for the following extensions:
  • Sort post order alphabetically, but only for certain forums.
  • Mark the entire forum as read from the main page.

  • Set user subaccounts.

  • Tag users, preferably by using "@name" or "@[name]"

I'd rather that they be newer versions that still have support, as I have about zero coding knowledge and will probably need help from time to time. On that note, can someone direct me to where I can ask for support with extensions? The link given in the subforum takes me directly to the extension database and I'm not sure where to go from there.

Mark the entire forum as read from the main page.
There's already a link to do that at the top right of the index page.

Set user subaccounts.
Probably need to explain more what that means

Oh, I should have been more specific. My apologies. One that I can download for my own board, where that option isn't already present in the code. Or if it is, it's not visible and I don't know where to go to enable it.

On the site I'm setting up, people are allowed to register with more than one account. I'd like to find an extension that lets them switch between these accounts. I think I've seen one that lists the other accounts from the drop-down menu that has the options for UCP, profile, and logout?

Thank you for linking the tagging one!

Just post in the support page for the style you have asking the author for the code to put it back in.

EDIT: I just installed that style. It's already got it. There's a tick icon at the top right. Hover over that and it says 'mark all forums read'.
