Some of the maps I published on Twitter so far. My maps cover the topics of conflicts and ethnicity in the MENA region with a special focus on the Kurdish struggle for freedom.

Just had a call with my aunt. While she lacks water some times for days, on the other side of her street a rich man opens a carwash. So you’ll be forced to not shower for days while some Mas’uls car is blingin. When will Kurdistan people have a life in dignity?

I have to add this, where he claims he reported about every single civilian victim of the Turkish invasion. Don't wanna be rude Mr. Röpcke, but mention at least one time you reported about a civilian victim in Efrîn the last 3 months.

About half a year after the fall of Efrîn, this is one of the tweets that aged quite badly. The Turkish auxilliaries are still terrorizing the civilian population. Murder, kidnappings, torture and looting are happening on a daily base.

When people went out en masse in Afrin and elsewhere in Rojava to protest Turkey’s invasion, all I heard from the pro-“rebel” analysts was mumbling about “Authoritarian PYD, PKK, Legitimate Turkish security concerns,” and so on. We all saw how they relativized Turkey’s invasion.

Searching for something else, I accidentally stumbled upon this from half a year ago: In retrospective a very poor claim. Instead of attacking AQ or Assad, Turkish auxilliaries turned Efrîn into a hell and are busy looting and killing civilians to this day.

Just tried to get some update from occupied Balochistan, just to realize that twitter deleted the accounts of BLF and BLA. Social media is increasingly getting a tool for terror states, as corporate interests weight more than civil ones.

Government Reports suggest 62% of Balochistan's population does not have access to safe drinking water. This village is lucky to have a well instead of an open pond as a water source.

Interesting. Son of Al-Qaeda co-founder Abdullah Azzam, Huthaifa Azzam, calls on opposition in Idlib not to raise black/jihadi flags during tomorrow's protest but only revolution flags because there are international journalists on the ground reporting on the protests.

However, same source also mentions that most houses have currently no connection to water and have to buy the water in barrels. There is also a lack of electricity and health services.

There may be different reasons for the protest which sound more likely: Protests broke out because when some maintenance people from the nearby oil wells were caught stealing oil and SDF confiscated their cars and imposed a fine for getting them back.

Nobody, outside of Kurdish sphere, reported about massive protests against turkish invasion, those protests occurred multiple times, but waiving turkish and nusra flags is crying for freedom...
