    鎮痛剤は痛みMAXの時点で服用しても効果が出づらい。痛くなったら『すぐに』対処を。生理の周期で痛くなる日がわかっているなら、その日だけでも頓服ではなく時間を決めた服用もアリ。またロキソニンなどで効果が薄い場合や効果が切れた時はイブやバファリンの頓服もOK。まずは医師や薬剤師に相談を。
