It’s about a phone app that utilizes thousands of common words in Arabic and Turkish in order to overcome some of the language barrier for millions of refugees in Turkey.

Refugee issue is a hot potato even in Turkey, costing current admn points in elections. To indirectly blame a phone company for undertaking such a noble cause would definitely be more “sadistic”.
