I made myself a Spyro OC based on Hero's Tail and Shadow Legacy.

Backstory:

Every 10 generations, a purple dragon is born. They are said to be special. After being defeated by Spyro, the Sorcerer wanted his own special dragon to once again trap everyone within the Shadow Realm. The Sorcerer was too impatient to wait generations for another dragon egg though, he felt he would be defeated for good by then, and a next dragon besides Spyro would be stronger. Using his magic and some Light Gem power, the Sorcerer altered his own egg aqquired from Red in the dragon nest secretly before Red went to good, and fused it with some of his own DNA and a few of Spyro’s purple scales. When the egg hatched, it took on the shape of the Sorcerer, with a purple tint. While small in size, this dragon, thanks to Light Gem energy, packs a ton of energy. Since he is a genetic creation, and not natural, he requires these gems to keep himself alive. If his gem is broken, he is destroyed. Kraig studys magic in the footsteps of his father to keep himself safe, and help him once again take over all living beings into the Shadow Realm. He is mistaken for Spyro often so this is how he manages to survive in the normal world and not be killed by people seeing his evilness.

Now, Seeing the evil from his father, Kraig is starting to realize he does not want to do evil. He has a touch of Spyro's good heart in him. He feels he is inbetween the fence, hiding his friendship with Spyro but still helping his Dad to make potions in fear of being a failed creation for a son.
