    When Assad (backed by the Iranian regime and by Putin) attacks an area, he goes for the hospitals first. The aim is to make the area he's attacking unlivable and to inflict maximum civilian suffering, prompting mass civilian displacement. This has been his MO for years.

    Turkey has been recently reinforcing its bases in northern Aleppo and Afrin. After taking Idlib the regime will advance on Albab and Afrin. Turkey should either fight now for the whole area or give in and withdraw from Syria.

    If Turkey is serious about defending Idlib they should allow the rebels to attack from Albab towards Aleppo city. Regime has weak defenses along this front.

    Regime and Russia increased their aerial and artillery bombardment over Idlib, but no ground offensive. It appears they are trying to increase the pressure on any weak heated groups to consider reconciling. Not gonna happen, not in Idlib.
