    Regime and Russia increased their aerial and artillery bombardment over Idlib, but no ground offensive. It appears they are trying to increase the pressure on any weak heated groups to consider reconciling. Not gonna happen, not in Idlib.

    Go through many thousand of battle hardened fighters, and it will be bloody. Lastly it's fair to say that the Tehran talks today accomplished nothing new, we are today where we were yesterday. Everyday it can break loose .... But personally I dont see it happening soon...

    Turkey can save face as this being the oppositions decision. Fortunately enough the snakes of the reconciliation have been dealt with swiftly and forcefully in Idlib, Idlib will be no dara, reef Homs, etc rest assured. If the regime wants Idlib they will have to (5)

    And feasible solution for all 3 sides would have been a phony "political solution" where the opposition submits to the regime for some minor tweaks to the constitution which in reality would only serve as a media ploy. Iran and Russia would get what they want in (4)

    Separation of Syria and the spread of the YPG and their off shoots. Thus it has become very difficult to find a common acceptable solution regarding Idlib by all sides. It is no surprise the meeting in Tehran today didnt mention Idlib in its final outcome. The plausible (3)

    A large scale Idlib offensive will greatly harm Turkey and work against the above mentioned goal. Meanwhile Turkey knows the entire world has abandoned Idlib and they dont want to harm their economic and strategic ties with Iran and Russia , namely preventing the (2)

    The balancing act which is taking place between Turkey, Russia, and Iran over Idlib is quite intriguing. Neither side wants to disrupt relations with the other. Russia and Iran want to pull Turkey away from the European/US axis, but they also know fully well that (1)

    The largest protests occurred today in HTS ruled areas. Yet some are insistent that HTS are enemies of the revolution and are terrorists. Sure they are terrorists in the eyes of the dogs of assad, that's for sure..
