    Tehran summit ended with Putin and Rouhani rejecting Erdogan's request for a ceasefire in Idlib. Putin referred to the opposition forces in Idlib as ISIS and Nusra. Putin said Syrian regime should retake control over all Syrian territory.

    Britain & USA provide technology that warns people in Idlib of incoming airstrikes. There is no meaning for warning someone moments before being hit by an airstrike able to destroy any available shelter. You would provide something to prevent the airstrikes if you were sincere.
